ABOUT US
Superpower Studio is a Northeast Florida based photography company owned and operated by superhero and princess cosplayers who volunteer with local children’s charities by organizing and attending community events, hospital visits, and fundraisers.
We leverage our knowledge of cosplay, photography, and digital artistry, to offer a premium mobile experience for comic conventions, expos, and other large, indoor events. Complete with digital image packages, commemorative 8×10 prints, special effect edits, celebrity photo op services, and access for event owners to full digital image galleries, Superpower Studio is sure to to create lasting memories for event guests, and help grow your event for years to come with complimentary promotional content.
It is our goal to deliver a truly unique, professional experience, the likes of which the event and cosplay photography worlds have scarcely known!

What events do you attend?
Superpower Studio currently makes appearances at comic conventions, expos, and other large, indoor events. We cover the Northeast Florida area, but may be willing to travel for the proper accommodations and crowd!
What do you require at an event?
Due to the sensitivity of our photographical and printing equipment, Superpower Studio only attends indoor, climate-controlled events. We require a dedicated space, access to electricity, and reliable wifi. For events outside of the Northeast Florida area, attendance may be contingent upon hotel accommodation availability, pricing, booth provisions, and historical attendance.
How can you help our event?
In addition to securing an extremely professional and reliable photography vendor, you can also count on Superpower Studio to:
1- Manage celebrity photo op images/prints that help your convention guests meet their required minimums.
2- Create branded graphic overlays in advance of your event for our digital images and prints (at no charge).
3- Collaborate on custom after-hours shoot ideas to generate additional show and guest revenue.
4- Promote our attendance at your event directly over our social media and email distribution list to bring our audience in!
How do I book a dedicated shoot?
At the moment, we primarily offer mobile photography experiences at events. However, we are open to working with cosplayers on composite packages outside of events at our home studio. Please reach out for current rates and details! For on-location shoots, we have been known to raffle packages at the local conventions we attend, so make sure to stop by our table and see what the event raffle prize is!
Are purchases refundable?
We work our absolute hardest to ensure cosplayers and event attendees are THRILLED with their photos, often reviewing them while actively shooting a client at our booth. That said, all digital image and print purchases are nonrefundable. We can be contacted at info@superpowerstudio.com to address any concerns.
When will I receive my images?
Digital images from events will typically be delivered via e-mail and links posted to social media within days from the conclusion of an event. Special effect edits are typically delivered within 1 week of the initial gallery, while full composites can take up to 3-4 weeks, due to the time commitment to produce high-quality, mind-blowing digital artistry.
Can I use your images for promotion?
Other photographers will think we are crazy for this, but all past clients and event organizers we have partnered with are permitted commercial use of our photos! That means the right to use our images for advertising, marketing, sales of derivative products, and more, minus any modification or addition to the original photos (Superpower Studio retains copyright). We try to be flexible with our clients/affiliates, so please reach out with any special requests or clarification!
Why are you not at every event in this area?
Superpower Studio would love to support as many events as possible in the Northeast Florida area with our quality digital imagery and other unique offerings! However, it can be difficult to get the attention of show-runners who have their lineups set. We strive to let our images, products, and professionalism speak for themselves, and hope to make it into the good graces of the great folks behind every amazing Northeast Florida production. If you want to see us somewhere specific, feel free to contact those shows directly and request us!
