Cancellations:
Choice of comparable photo op or refund available only in case of celebrity guest cancellation, excepting nonrefundable $5.00 credit card processing fee.
Refunds:
No refunds will be granted for inability or failure of convention attendee to be present during scheduled celebrity photo op time. See below for detailed information on times.
Scheduled Photo Op Times:
Celebrity photo op times will be announced SEP 15. Each celebrity will be assigned a 15-minute time block over all three days of the convention (as talent schedules allow). It is the responsibility of the convention attendee to stop by the Superpower Studio booth ONLY during the assigned time to claim their photo op. There will be no backup or make-up times available.
Number of Attendees in Photo:
Some celebrities require a higher fee for 3+ convention attendees in a single photo op. If you will have 3+ members in your party, purchase the correct option using the buttons below. Limits for number of convention attendees in each photo will be strictly enforced.
Deliverables:
You will receive a digital copy of your photo op when the gallery goes live on the Superpower Studio website upon conclusion of the convention. One (1) professional quality 8×10 will be printed on-site, included with your purchase of a photo op. Additional 8×10 prints can be purchased in-person for $10/each (+tax) at the Superpower Studio booth.
